Billing & credits

Per-analysis credits with no seats or platform fees, the 100-credit pilot allowance, and how payments and invoicing work.

Visork is billed on usage: analyses consume credits. This page describes the unit, the pilot allowance, how commercial pricing is set, and how payments work. The contractual terms live in the Terms of Service.

One analysis, one credit

The billable unit is a single image sent to the detection endpoint. The score, the verdict, and the audit-log entry come with it — they are not metered separately. There are no seats, no platform fee, and no charge for team members, environments, or API keys: the invoice tracks one number, analyses processed.

Pilot credits

Every pilot opens with 100 analyses at no cost, issued with the API key during the benchmark phase — before any commercial terms are signed. Free credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiry and fair-use limits.

How pricing is set

There is no public rate card. Per-analysis rates are quoted after the benchmark, against the volume it actually showed. What moves the quote:

  • Monthly volume — the dominant factor; rates step down as throughput goes up.
  • Latency and throughput — inline blocking at upload time carries different capacity requirements than an asynchronous review queue.
  • Retention and residency — EU processing is standard; custom retention windows and isolation requirements are scoped per platform.
  • Support depth — shared support and a named contact with response commitments are priced differently.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required by law. Prices may change prospectively with reasonable advance notice; changes never affect credits already purchased.

Payments and invoicing

Invoices are settled by bank transfer:

Bank
Fio banka, a.s.
IBAN
CZ60 2010 0000 0026 0107 2148
SWIFT / BIC
FIOBCZPPXXX

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Purchased credits are non-transferable and, except where the Terms of Service or mandatory law provide otherwise, non-refundable.

Card payments will be available when paid plans launch. The payment processor will be named in the Privacy Policy before it processes any personal data.
